Privacy & analytics

Clear choices for analytics, survey data, and client information.

Shesons uses optional Google Analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics.” The purpose is to understand overall website interest and which Louisiana communities may need future outreach or service capacity.

What may be collected after consent

What we do not send to analytics

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, exact addresses, laboratory results, water-advisor answers, septic calculations, environmental-project entries, community-survey answers, quotation details, uploaded files, or other form contents to Google Analytics.

Community demand survey

The anonymous community survey stores the Louisiana parish, optional ZIP code, property or organization type, primary service interest, selected specific needs, expected timing, and the reported usefulness of a nearby branch in the Shesons website database. Survey answers are not sent to Google Analytics.

The survey does not request or store a name, email address, phone number, exact street address, or GPS location. Shesons may review the answers in aggregate to compare service interest, plan which capabilities to develop, and evaluate possible future service areas or branches. Because participation is voluntary and self-selected, the results are a directional planning signal—not a precise measure of market size or a promise that a service or branch will be offered.

Client project intake and follow-up messages

When you select “Send to Shesons” on the client-intake page or “Send request” in the Shesons Guide follow-up form, the details you entered are transmitted to FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards them by email to info@shesonswater.com. The Shesons website does not use its own database for these submissions.

FormSubmit states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days. Shesons and its email provider may retain the delivered message to respond and maintain appropriate business records. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. Do not include Social Security numbers, payment or banking details, passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, laboratory results, confidential research details, or other highly sensitive information.

Shesons website guide and live chat

The Shesons Guide is a prepared website-routing assistant, not a generative-AI or professional-advice service. Ordinary questions entered in the automated guide are matched to approved website information inside your browser. They are not transmitted to Shesons, stored as a transcript, or sent to Google Analytics.

If you choose “Request live chat with Shesons,” the website loads a separate chat service supplied by Tawk.to. The service may process the chat messages and contact details you provide, the page where the chat began, timestamps, browser and device information, your public IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, and cookies or browser storage used to maintain the chat. The automated Guide conversation is not attached or transmitted to Tawk.to.

Live chat is loaded only after you select it. Live-chat and offline messages may remain in the Tawk.to inbox and may be retained by Shesons for follow-up and appropriate business records. Chat contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Review the Tawk.to Privacy Policy and its chat-cookie explanation.

If live chat cannot open or you prefer email follow-up, the separate Shesons Guide form sends only the fields you submit through FormSubmit; the automated conversation is not included. Do not use the guide, live chat, or follow-up form for emergencies or enter exact addresses, laboratory results, health information, payment information, passwords, confidential research details, or other sensitive information.

Your choice

Analytics stays off until you allow it. Your choice is stored only in this browser. Use the “Analytics choices” control at the lower-left of the website to change it later. Declining analytics does not limit the website, planning tools, or the anonymous community survey.

How the information is used

We review aggregate patterns to improve the websites and identify areas where outreach or a future office may be useful. Website visits are only one planning signal; they are not treated as precise proof of local demand.

Questions can be sent to info@shesonswater.com. Google explains its own data practices in the Google Privacy Policy.
