Priority research directions
Water and wastewater treatment; desalination and brackish-water treatment; point-of-use technology; aquatic pollutants and river or stream management; and responsible AI, sensing, and decision support for water management.
Service availability depends on project scope, personnel and partner availability, safe site access, and applicable licensing, insurance, permitting, and regulatory requirements. Regulated fieldwork will be referred to or coordinated with appropriately licensed, certified, insured, and trained providers. Research and technology inquiries are exploratory; participation, funding, scope, intellectual-property terms, validation, and commercialization require separate review and written agreement.

Shesons is accepting applications from an experienced, Louisiana-licensed Master Plumber to help establish and lead compliant plumbing operations from Baton Rouge while supporting rural communities as our service capacity grows.
Current opportunity
Louisiana-Licensed Master Plumber
This is a genuine paid supervisory position—not an arrangement to rent or borrow a license. The selected professional will provide regular services and actual oversight as Shesons completes the company licensing and insurance required for plumbing work.
What you may lead
- Planning and layout of plumbing systems within the approved scope.
- Supervision of properly licensed or registered plumbing personnel.
- Code, permit, inspection, safety, and quality-compliance coordination.
- Clear field communication with residents, farms, businesses, and organizations.
Required qualifications
- Current, active, and verifiable Louisiana Master Plumber license.
- Eligible and willing to complete applicable employing-entity or qualifying-party requirements for Shesons.
- Available to provide regular paid services and actual supervision.
- Current or previous Louisiana Journeyman Plumber credential if the role will include hands-on journeyman work.

Separate credentials may be required for onsite wastewater, natural gas, backflow, or medical-gas work.
